Amarnath Yatra Package from Jammu by Helicopter via Baltal Overview

The Amarnath Yatra Package from Jammu by Helicopter via Baltal is the plan for pilgrims arriving by train. It starts at Jammu Tawi, uses the NH 44 road through the Banihal tunnel to Srinagar, and takes the Baltal helicopter sector for the darshan with the round-trip ticket included at the Shrine Board fare of recent seasons.

The RFID card can be collected at the Jammu counter on arrival or at Srinagar the next morning; the coordinator chooses the quicker option for your date. A Srinagar sightseeing day after the darshan gives a buffer in case the helicopter is held by weather.

Vaishno Devi can be added with two nights at Katra on the way up, which makes the combined 7-day plan linked below.
